What happens when you delete your account:
- • Your personal profile and login credentials will be permanently deleted
- • Your personal incident logs (not linked to an organisation) will be deleted
- • You will lose access to any organisations you're a member of
- • This action cannot be undone
What is retained:
- • Incidents you submitted to organisations are retained for compliance purposes
- • Your name may appear on historical records as required by CQC regulations
- • Organisation data is owned by the organisation, not individual users
Request Account Deletion
Your deletion request will be processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been deleted. If you have questions, contact privacy@incidentowl.com
